Every smartphone becomes an ordering kiosk.
Your guests scan, order and pay from their own phone — nothing to install. You buy neither kiosk nor tablet: everything runs on the screens you already own.
- Your menu online, styled like your venue — editable mid-service
- A kitchen screen receiving orders live, sorted by station
- Card and cash payments, VAT breakdown, tamper-proof register — 2027 compliance without thinking about it

What you get
One subscription, six tools that work together.
No add-ons, no modules to buy, no higher tier. Everything below is included from day one.
Your menu, online and styled like your venue
Photos, descriptions, set menus, allergens and dietary tags. You choose the colours, the typeface and the layout: guests see your restaurant, not a template.
No more reprinting the menu on every change.
Unlimited QR codes, one per table
Generated from the dashboard, ready to print. The guest scans and the table is identified automatically — dine-in or takeaway.
You always know which table ordered what.
A real-time kitchen display (KDS)
Tickets land live, sorted by station and category, with timers and late alerts. On the screen you already have.
No re-keying, no lost tickets, no relay errors.
EDAHABIA & CIB card payments
Guests pay from their table with an EDAHABIA or CIB card, or settle in cash at the counter. Stamp duty on cash is computed automatically.
No more queueing at the till or waiting for the bill.
Accounting and VAT already done
Numbered, signed receipts, an automatic nightly Z closure, VAT split at 19% and 9%. A tamper-proof register, compliant with art. 51 bis of the CTCA.
Your accountant gets figures ready to use.
A dashboard that says what matters
Today’s revenue, average ticket, best sellers, live orders, full history — on phone as well as desktop.
You steer the service without waiting for closing.
What it changes
Your service, before and after.
The gain isn’t technological, it’s operational: less waiting in the room, fewer mistakes in the kitchen, less data entry at closing.
How it works
From sign-up to the first kitchen ticket: ten minutes.
You create your restaurant
Name, address, opening hours. One account, one restaurant — nothing else to configure.
You build your menu
Photograph your existing menu: the AI scan extracts dishes and prices. You correct it and add the photos.
You print your QR codes
One QR per table, generated from the dashboard. You place them. That’s the whole installation.
Orders start arriving
The guest scans, orders and pays. The kitchen gets the ticket live. You track revenue in real time.
No cable to run, no screen to mount, no end-of-service closing. The kitchen screen runs on a computer, a tablet or a TV you already own.
CommencerPricing

On a 5,000 DA order
What you keep, line by line
The rate depends on the plan YOU take out with Chargily, which Alcess neither chooses nor knows: 0% on Startup (capped at 300,000 DA and 300 transactions per month), 1.25% on Comfort, 2.5% on Supreme. Changing plan goes through their support, not self-service. Chargily holds the balance: the transfer to your bank is requested, and beyond the free payout quota it costs 1.5% of the amount withdrawn (minimum 150 DA). The 3,500 DA/month subscription is billed separately.

FAQ
What people ask us before signing up.
What exactly do I get when I sign up?
A digital menu styled like your venue, reachable by QR code; unlimited QR codes to print (one per table); a kitchen display (KDS) receiving orders live; EDAHABIA and CIB card payments paid out to your bank account; receipts and closures in a tamper-proof ledger; and a real-time dashboard (revenue, average ticket, best sellers, history).
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. No kiosk, no tablet to buy. Your guests use their own smartphone through the browser — no app to install. You simply print your QR codes, and the kitchen display runs on any screen you already have (computer, tablet, TV).
How long before my first service?
Around ten minutes: you create your restaurant, build your menu (the AI scan of an existing menu avoids manual entry), generate your QR codes and place them on the tables. No technician, no cabling, no closing for installation.
What does it actually cost me per order?
3,500 DA per month whatever your volume, plus 0.5% commission on sales collected online. No hardware to buy, no commitment.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. The subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time, with no exit fee.
Where does the order money go?
Into your Chargily merchant account, never into Alcess — we never hold your funds at any point. Chargily collects on your behalf then pays out: the transfer to your bank is requested from your Chargily space. Beyond your plan's free payout quota, that transfer is charged.
Do my receipts comply with Algerian law?
The ledger already is: every payment gets a sequential number and a chained signature, tamper-proof, retained and archived — the four conditions set by art. 51 bis of the CTCA, applicable from 1 January 2027. The publisher's undertaking that the tax authority will require, however, cannot be issued yet: its template is deferred to an order of the Minister of Finance (art. 20 ter of the tax procedures code) that has not been published. We will issue it in the official format as soon as it appears.
Can I change a price or flag a sold-out item mid-service?
Yes, from your phone, without closing the service or republishing the menu: the change is visible to guests immediately.
Does this replace my floor staff?
No, it frees them from taking orders and handling payment. They stay in the room to welcome, advise and serve — the order reaches the kitchen in writing, with no re-keying and no relay errors.
Is my customer data protected?
Yes. Processing follows Law 25-11 on personal data protection: declared purposes, bounded retention, automatic pseudonymisation of orders after 2 years and audit-log purging after 6 years.
What happens if the internet goes down during service?
The till and the kitchen display stop, and you see it: a red banner says so instead of letting buttons fail silently. Nothing is lost — orders already recorded are safe, and everything resumes when the network returns. Alcess runs online, like your card terminal: keep a backup connection (a phone hotspot) if your dining room depends on it.
