Article 8 of law no. 18-05 requires the e-supplier’s site to be hosted in Algeria under a “.com.dz” extension. The current hosting arrangement is published above without interpretation: it is for the reader, and where appropriate the authority, to draw the consequences.

The site presents the Alcess platform, intended for catering professionals, and allows a subscription to be taken out.

It also gives access to the digital menus published by client restaurants, under their own editorial responsibility.

All elements of the site — structure, texts, interfaces, trade marks, logos, code — are protected by ordinance no. 03-05 of 19 July 2003 on copyright and neighbouring rights.

Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is unlawful.

Content published by restaurants — names, photographs, menu wording — remains their property.

Processing operations are described in the privacy policy, drawn up under law no. 18-07 of 10 June 2018, as amended and supplemented by law no. 25-11 of 24 July 2025.

The competent supervisory authority is the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP), with which any person may lodge a complaint.

The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information published, without guaranteeing that it is free of error.

The publisher is not responsible for the content of the menus published by restaurants, nor for the performance of orders placed with them: in accordance with article 22 of law no. 18-05, it is the restaurant, in its capacity as e-supplier, that answers for proper performance.

Any manifestly unlawful content may be reported to the email address given above. The report must state the address of the content and the grounds for the report.

Every complaint receives a reasoned reply within fifteen (15) working days.
