- Tips, promo codes and a loyalty programme
- Live order tracking and a call-the-waiter button
- Orders paused in one tap when the kitchen is swamped
The kitchen
- One tap marks a ticket ready, and a recall undoes a mistake

Stock and food cost
- Suppliers, purchase orders, and deliveries that update stock and prices

- Weekly schedule, leave and shift swaps

Several venues
- An overview, each venue compared with the others

What you don’t pay for

- No paid add-ons
- Stock, team, loyalty, several tills and several kitchen screens: it is all in the same price.
- No required hardware
- Your tablets, screens and phones are enough. A thermal printer is optional.
- No exit fees
- The subscription has no commitment: you stop whenever you like.
On a 5,000 DA order
What you keep, line by line
The rate depends on the plan YOU take out with Chargily, which Alcess neither chooses nor knows: 0% on Startup (capped at 300,000 DA and 300 transactions per month), 1.25% on Comfort, 2.5% on Supreme. Changing plan goes through their support, not self-service. Chargily holds the balance: the transfer to your bank is requested, and beyond the free payout quota it costs 1.5% of the amount withdrawn (minimum 150 DA). The subscription (4,900 DA excl. VAT/month) is billed separately.
How payment works
- 01
Before setup
There is no free trial: you pay for the first month, or the year, and then the setup assistant opens.
- 02
By CIB or EDAHABIA card
Payment goes through Chargily, from your dashboard. Each payment comes with an Alcess invoice to download.
- 03
No automatic debit
You pay period by period; a reminder warns you before the due date.
- 04
If you stop
New orders stop, but nothing is erased: your receipts stay available to your guests, and everything resumes as it was with the next payment.
Frequently asked questions
All questionsIs the price the same for a small and a large restaurant?
Yes. It depends neither on the number of covers, nor on revenue, nor on the number of tablets or screens.
Can the price change?
Any price increase is announced in advance, and the period you have already paid for stays at the price paid.
Where does the money from orders go?
To your Chargily merchant account, never to Alcess: we never hold your funds. The transfer to your bank is requested from your Chargily space.
Is there a free trial?
No: you pay for the first month, or the year, before setting up your venue. The subscription has no commitment, though: you stop whenever you like, with no exit fees.
Your restaurant can run on Alcess tonight.
You pay, you set up your menu, you install the till and the kitchen screen: the first receipt comes out the same day.
